7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of Women's Academy™ or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

User-generated content (commitments, success stories, comments) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of providing services to you and other users.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy, including:

• Email addresses for authentication
• Profile and preference data
• Commitment tracking and progress data

• Current pricing: $25-75 per employee (compared to Chief's $5,900/year)
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to active members
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Refund policies are detailed in your purchase confirmation

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Career outcomes or employment decisions
• Actions taken based on AI recommendations or member advice
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Content or advice provided by other members
• Results from participation in programs or challenges

12. Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Platform provides career guidance and peer support but does not constitute professional career counseling, legal advice, or employment services. AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific career decisions.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

14. Termination
